We are looking for vendors who are 100% local that offer goods and/or services for kids. For example:

• Retail (monogramming, kids clothing, gifts, etc.)

• Church Children's/Youth Programs

• Libraries
• Fundraising
• Field Trip destinations
• Family Entertainment
• Scouting
• Clubs
• Hobby Clubs (LEGO, STEM, etc.)

Rocky Mount Moose Lodge

There are 3 booth sizes:

• 10'x8' booth - $60 (includes one 6' table and two chairs)
• 8'x4' booth - $30 (includes one 6' table and two chairs)
• 6' table - $10 (includes one 6' table and one chair - tables are end to end and there can be no display/items on the floor)

Vendors will be allowed to set up from 7:30am - 9:30am. 

Doors will open at 10am and close at 3pm.

Vendors can begin breaking down at 3pm. They must be out by 5pm.

Booths are required to be staffed and set up the entire 5 hours of the Expo.

Parking at the Moose Lodge is plentiful for customers only if we have our vendors park off site. 

Vendors may park on-site for unloading but their vehicles MUST be moved to our off-site lot (1/4 mile away) by 9:30am.

A complimentary shuttle service will be available to shuttle vendors to and from the satellite lot.

Vendors will be notified beginning June 15 if they are accepted; full payment will be due within 3 days of acceptance.
